About Our Power Team

Power that works, safely

Most electrical problems in a home are not dramatic. A powerpoint that has stopped working, a circuit that trips whenever the kettle and the toaster run together, a room that never had enough outlets in the first place.

Our licensed electricians add circuits and powerpoints, fit safety switches, and trace faults methodically rather than by replacing parts until something changes — all to AS/NZS 3000, with upfront pricing.

  • Safety switches (RCDs) on every circuit
  • Extra powerpoints and circuits added cleanly
  • Fast, methodical fault finding & repairs
What We Do

Everything on the power side

Everything that keeps your property safely powered — done right the first time.

Safety Switches (RCDs)

Install RCDs that cut power in milliseconds to protect your family from electric shock.

Powerpoints & GPOs

New, extra or upgraded powerpoints — including USB, outdoor and weatherproof outlets.

Fault Finding

Methodical diagnosis of tripping circuits, dead outlets and intermittent faults.

Electrical Repairs

Fast, safe repairs to wiring, circuits and fittings across home and business.

Emergency Call-Outs

Power out or an unsafe fault? We respond fast to get you safe and back on.

Common Problems

Power problems we fix every week

A dead powerpoint

One outlet out while the rest of the room works is usually a failed GPO or a loose connection behind it.

A circuit that keeps tripping

Often an overloaded circuit or a faulty appliance. We find which, rather than guessing.

Not enough outlets

Powerboards daisy-chained around a room are a sign the room needs more circuits, not more adaptors.

Outdoor and wet areas

Weatherproof outdoor GPOs and correctly rated outlets for bathrooms, kitchens and laundries.

Common Questions

Power questions, answered

Do I need a switchboard upgrade before adding powerpoints?

Sometimes. Extra outlets mean extra load, and an older board may not have a spare way or the capacity to carry it safely. We check the board as part of quoting the powerpoint work, and if it does need attention we cover that on our switchboard upgrades page.

What is a safety switch and do I need one?

A safety switch (RCD) monitors the flow of electricity and cuts power within milliseconds if it detects a fault — protecting you from electric shock. In NSW they're required on power and lighting circuits, and we strongly recommend one on every circuit. If your board doesn't have them, we can fit them.

Why does my power keep tripping?

Frequent tripping usually means an overloaded circuit, a faulty appliance, or a wiring fault — and sometimes a failing safety switch doing its job. Our electricians methodically isolate the cause rather than just resetting it, so the problem is actually fixed.

Can you add extra powerpoints to an existing room?

Yes — from a single extra GPO to powerpoints throughout a renovation, including USB, outdoor and weatherproof outlets. We'll advise on the best positions and make sure the circuit can handle the added load.

Do you offer emergency electrical repairs?

Yes. For a total power outage, burning smell, sparking or any unsafe fault, call us straight away — don't touch the board. We prioritise urgent call-outs to get you safe and back on power as quickly as possible.
